Are your car seats FAA-certified for air travel?

Yes — several of our car seats are FAA-certified for use on aircraft, including the Pico Portable Car Seat and the NovaBaby Convertible Infant Car Seat. Each product page clearly indicates air travel certification status.

What does GREENGUARD Gold Certified mean?

GREENGUARD Gold Certification means the product has been tested for over 10,000 chemical and VOC emissions, ensuring it meets strict standards for use in environments with children. Many of our products carry this certification.

How do I know which car seat is right for my child?

We recommend selecting based on your child's age, weight, and height, as well as your lifestyle needs (air travel, everyday use, convertible growth). If you need help choosing, contact our team and we'll guide you.

Do your strollers fold compactly enough for air travel?

Yes — many of our strollers are designed specifically for travel. The Nuna TRVL, for example, self-folds to fit in overhead bins, and the Doona Liki Trike folds to fit in a car trunk or overhead compartment.

How long does shipping take?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange a product?

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
