Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number

Click the tracking link in your confirmation email, or copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL depending on your order).

Step 3: Stay Updated

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and typically refresh every few hours. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Haven't Received a Tracking Email?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
