Track Your Order

We know you're excited for your new gear to arrive — here's how to stay up to date on your delivery.

Step 1: Check Your Email

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email contains your tracking number and a direct link to track your package in real time.

Step 2: Use Your Tracking Number

Click the tracking link in your confirmation email, or copy your tracking number and enter it directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL depending on your order).

Step 3: Stay Updated

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and typically refresh every few hours. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 48 hours, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact our support team with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
